How to book a tour & How to
pay to us?
After receiving your inquiry, we will
work out an ideal tour itinerary and price with full
understanding of your requirements (we might have more
questions).
When it finally meets your satisfaction, it's time for you to
book your Tibet trip with us. Here are some easy steps to book
a tour with our CLUB, New Journey-Tibet travel:
1.State in an email to tell us that you accept the tour
itinerary and price we provided (together with inclusions and
exclusions);
2. Reservations and Payments
a.
We suggest you book your Tibet tour at least 45 days before
your arrival date, especially for the peak season of August
and September. A deposit of $100 per person is required to
secure your reservation when you confirm your trip with us.
The balance can be paid when you arrive at Chongqing . Or If
you don't come to Chongqing , it should be paid in full no
later than 15 days prior to your arrival in Tibet.
b. If the booking is made within 30 days but 15
days prior to your arrival in Lhasa, you are required to pay
50% of the total payment to secure your reservation when you
confirm your trip with us. The balance can be paid when you
arrive at Chongqing Office. Or If you don't come to Chongqing , it should be paid
in full no later than 7 days prior to your arrival in Tibet.
c. If the booking is made within 15 days prior
to your arrval in Lhasa, you are required to pay in full
payment. |
